Dhananjay Deshpande holds B. E Degree in Chemical Engineering . He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of process Industry, Project design development & execution. After working for Reputed companies like Tata Group, Praj Group & a British multinational, he started a business venture in the field of Design, manufacturing Process equipments & systems to provide cost effective , energy saving solutions for Indian Process Industry.
Dhananjay brings comprehensive experience in growth oriented business development, Project and sales management, international business tie ups, value engineering. His expertise in techno – commercial aspects helps in promoting Hybrid renewable energy systems like on grid/ off grid roof top solar, Solar-wind systems, geothermal systems.
Chief Advisor – Technical
Arun Chaoji holds a BE in Electrical Engineering & ME ( Electronics) degree from BITS Pilani & is currently Pursuing PHD from M.R.I.U. Faridabad in Integration of Solar Thermal Energy with Conventional Thermal Power Plant.
He has worked with Various GOI Offices under Ministry of Power & retired as Principal Director NPTI (National Power training Institute) 31st Dec 2010. His overall experience in electrical engineering in general & power engineering in special exceeds more than 40 years. He has Worked in consultancy for renewable ; Worked as Governing Council member of SESI, An Academic& professional body for promoting Renewable energy. He has attended many National &International Seminars in India on Renewable energy & has published paper in National & International Seminar on Renewable Energy . He was awarded Rajiv Gandhi Best Chief Executive GOLD award for the year 2004.
At HybRenES Pvt Ltd., his rich experience in renewable energy & technical knowledge & “100% perfect at all times” attitude helps to achieve technical excellence & customer satisfaction. His knowledge of various regulations & norms of the Power sector helps us to deliver the quality systems in reasonable time frame.

Ms. Pallavi Adhikari holds a BSc from DU & MSc in Biotechnology & MBA from Symbiosis University She brings experience of more than 10 years in the field of sales & marketing and project management. She has worked with British multination as application specialist identifying different products & processes to improve the process efficiencies.
